Fresh Peach Sorbet
Makes 2 servings
2 large peaches, peeled, cut in chunks
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Place peach chunks in freezer until slightly frozen. Transfer frozen peach chunks to blender. Add lime juice and sugar and blend for a about a minute, to desired smoothness. Serve in dessert glasses. May be stored frozen. Soften at room temperature to serve.
Note: 2 cups of watermelon maybe substituted for peaches.
